Helping to Propel You to the Next Level

As a society, when we think of Coaches, we normally think of sports. Almost every sports team or top athlete has one. And if you asked them, they would tell you they couldn't have got to the level they are at without theirs.

And if they are trying to take their game to the next level, they will pay thousands of dollars to get them there.

Real Estate Investing is no different. It is an area where you have a great deal of learning, many different curve balls thrown at you on a regular basis, and with so much money on the line all the time, a lot of responsibility to yourself and your business to get it right!

At this point, I feel it's only fair to reveal who my coach is. I use Loral Langemeier. You may have heard of her. She is the well-known author of the "Millionaire Maker". She does not simply focus just on real estate, but more on your lifestyle, helping people attain millionaire status.

However, because so much of her personal fortune came from real estate investing, as well as her students and alumni, real estate investing is a large component of her program, and there are many resources available to help you learn about real estate investing, analyze deals, and even find partners if you need them.

Using a Coach can help you with several areas:

• First, they can set the foundation you will need to begin investing. They can analyze your finances, discuss your money mindset with you, and help you get organized before you begin investing (see my Financial Matters section).

• Next they can help you understand where you are now, where you want to go, and how to get there. They are great masters at Goal setting.

• Most programs have access to a wealth of Training & Education. They offer you books, cd's, webinars, websites, seminars, forums, etc., all to help you continue learning while you begin doing.

• The most important thing they can give you is the benefit of their experience. If you are part of a superb program, then they should definitely have been there, done that. They should be an expert at real estate investing. This way, most any situation you have they will more than likely have had happen to them as well, or know someone who has, so they can get you an answer.

I've also found that the longer you sign up for a program, the more benefit you will get out of it. I prefer at least one year programs.

Whichever program you do choose, be prepared for an amazing journey. No other single investment you make will give you as great of returns as a solid coaching program!
