Turning Your Knowledge into Deals

You can't just read about Real Estate Investing forever. At some point, you need to Get Moving and make your first deal.

This is where the rubber meets the road. You've got your Financial Matters in order, you've outlined your Goals, you've completed a lot of Training & Education, but if you never make an investment, you're no better off than when you started.

Too many investors feel they need to "save" a little more money, or pay down a little more debt, or read one more book or attend one more seminar. I'm here to tell you, the best use of your time would be to Get Moving and find a market that you can make money in and then make your first investment.

If you still feel too unsure of how to accomplish this, that's probably because you haven't started building a Team yet. Once you start looking for deals, the team part will come naturally. But if you really feel like the thought of doing your first deal on your own is paralyzing you, then you should think about finding a Partner to invest with or hiring a Coach.

The great thing about real estate is no matter what you want to do or accomplish, somebody has already done it. You don't need to re-invent the wheel. Find someone who has the time and deals available, but not the cash, and offer them yours. This is done all the time, and is a great way to learn the ins and outs of real estate investing without feeling like your all alone or taking too much risk.

Remember, you have to start somewhere, so as Nike says, "Just Do It!" Once you make your first deal, you'll never be able to go back. It's too much fun!
