I Have Deals, Need Capital

Right now I am looking for Partners who want to profit from the benefits investing in real estate brings, but who either don't have the time or the desire to go out and locate a profitable area, find and negotiate the deals, and perform the day to day management that is required.

If this sounds like you, then you'd be a perfect Money Partner candidate. What's that?

If you've ever heard the phrase, "OPM", that stands for "Other People's Money." It's an age old concept in real estate. Basically, everyone in a real estate deal brings something of value to the table. What it is can vary from person to person.

One person may have a lot of Time on their hands but no money. Another has a lot of Money but no time. Another may have great Credit, but no deals. And someone may have a ton of Deals, but no money.

When people can help each other get what they don't have, and there is enough profit in the deal for all to benefit, then it makes sense to explore a partnership.

At this time, I personally have a lot time to look for deals. I've identified a great market where there is good cash flow, and I've assembled a team there to help me run my real estate investments, including a realtor, lender, insurance broker, property manager, and attorney. With all these resources, if I find I need something and don't know where to get it, I have plenty of people to ask!

So if you would like to invest in real estate but don't know how to get started, perhaps finding someone who's already been there, done that, would be just the right thing at the right time for you. Or perhaps you have investments already, but are looking to cut back on your involvement, and would like to explore a new investment area. Either way could work out for both of us.
