Right Thing, Right Time, Right Order

Once you've set your Goals, you really need to think about Sequencing your actions for future success.

What is that? It's taking the Building Blocks of everything this website discusses, and assembling them in the most productive order for you personally.

The 10 Building Blocks for every goal are:

1. Starting Gate

2. Finish Line

3. Action Steps

4. Assets

5. Savings Plan or Wealth Fund

6. Entities

7. Forecasting

8. Debt

9. Team

10. Mindset

Every Goal will require that these blocks be sequenced in a unique order depending on where you are at with your Real Estate Investment Plan.

For instance, someone just starting out will have a very different order than someone who's been investing for several years.

Why? Because, a seasoned investor should have a fairly decent amount of cash flow coming to them each month so their Wealth Fund and Assets would be strong. They also have more than likely developed a solid team to support them. They may need to rely on Forecasting more than someone just starting out. And their Debt may be larger (this isn't necessarily a bad thing).

Someone just starting out on the other hand may have to work on their Wealth Fund block for months before they can start to invest at all. It may take them weeks to analyze their Money Mindset and Starting Gate. This person is going to spend more time in the preparation phase than someone who owns ten properties.
